Let’s just jump right in – here is today’s post topic: “What is your Morning Routine?”
So every morning I try to wake up between 6:30 & 7:00am. Depending on the day, I will do a few squats, some lunges, and maybe if there is time I will pull up an exercise video for a quick workout.
After a quick workout, I take a shower and go through in my head what is happening that day. After my shower, i will get dressed, and depending upon how I feel that morning and my mood I will style my hair, and put make-up on.
Once I am ready for work, I head down to the kitchen, pull together my lunch and I am usually heading out the door no later than 8:30am. ON my way to work, if there is time I will stop at Starbucks for either tea or coffee, and I’ll text my cowokers to see if they want anything.
Sadly, the exercise and the doing my hair and make-up has fallen to the waist side – but I am working on getting back on track with that.
So that’s it, that is my morning routine during the week. During the weekend, my routine is much more relaxed.
